  • Dr. Bob Banks has degrees in Medicine and Engineering and works in the fields of Biomechanics and Injury Causation Analysis. His consulting practice currently focuses on, but is not limited to, Product Liability issues involving automobile collisions, aviation incidents, and other related issues.

  • Dr. Banks joined BRC in 1997 after a career in the Canadian Forces (CF) where his work included research in aircrew systems and technologies, acceleration effects and breathing systems. His final assignment with the CF included responsibility for formulation and implementation of principal life support research programs for the Canadian Air Force. Additionally, during his career with the CF, Dr. Banks was trained in aircraft incident and accident investigations and conducted or reviewed numerous such investigations.
