Joseph M. Cormier, PhD, PE
- Dr. Cormier has a PhD degree in Biomedical Engineering and works in the fields of Biomechanics and Injury Causation Analysis. His consulting practice currently focuses on, but is not limited to, Product Liability and General Negligence issues involving automobile collisions, tractor trailers, railroad incidents, industrial incidents, and other related issues.
- Dr. Cormier joined BRC in 2003 after completing his Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering at Virginia Polytechnic University. As a result of his research, he has published papers on head and neck injury, thoracic injury, facial fractures, leg fractures and vehicle occupant kinematics.
