Harry L. Smith, PhD, MD
Dr. Smith is one of the founding members of BRC and has served as a consultant since 1986. Prior to starting BRC, he served as an emergency room physician and as a Command Surgeon and Flight Surgeon in the U.S. Army Reserve. Dr. Smith is Board Certified in Radiology and Nuclear Medicine and, until recently, continued practicing emergency medicine and radiology full-time in conjunction with his consulting duties. His expertise has been retained in all types of cases over the years and he has testified in over 50 trials related to product liability, personal injury, and criminal prosecution/defense.
