Curriculum Vitae

Dr. Harding is a Physician with a PhD in Human Physiology and joined BRC in 1995 after a career in the United Kingdom's Royal Air Force (RAF) where his work included research in aircrew systems and technologies, acceleration effects, and breathing systems.  Dr. Harding works in the areas of Product Liability and General Negligence.  He has been retained in over 2,600 cases involving low and high speed automobile collisions, commercial transportation, motorcycle and aircraft collisions, pedestrian accidents, slips and falls, and recreational mishaps.  He also played a major role in the 2003 Space Shuttle Columbia Disaster investigation.
