Curriculum Vitae

Dr. Bain joined BRC in 2003 after a clinical medicine career in Emergency Medicine and Family Medicine. He was also employed as a Plant Physician and was a pilot in the Royal Canadian Air Force.  Since joining BRC, he has been retained in over 1,200 cases and has testified in over 60 trials in 25 states, including Florida, Texas, Louisiana, New York, and Colorado.  Dr. Bain has degrees in Medicine and Engineering and his consulting practice focuses on cases involving automobile collisions, industrial incidents, amusement park rides, power tools, railroad incidents, workplace injuries, slips and falls and most recently, all terrain vehicle rollovers.
