Curriculum Vitae

Dr. Cormier joined BRC in 2003 after completing his Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering at Virginia Polytechnic University.  He has since gone on to receive his PhD degree in Biomedical Engineering and his consulting practice currently focuses on Product Liability and General Negligence issues involving automobile collisions, tractor trailers, railroad incidents, industrial incidents, amusement park rides, and premises liability.  Dr. Cormier remains active in research with Virginia Tech, has given several presentations at conferences and continuing education events, and has published papers on injury statistics in car crashes, biomechanics and accident reconstruction. In addition to his work at BRC, Dr. Cormier also serves as an adjunct assistant professor at the University of Texas in San Antonio.
