Curriculum Vitae

Dr. De Lorenzo joined BRC in June of 2015 as an expert in emergency medicine, combat casualty care and medical device evaluation.  Dr. De Lorenzo is a practicing Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician who recently retired after 30 years of service in the US Army.  He is a Professor of Military & Emergency Medicine and Consulting Editor of the Annals of Emergency Medicine. He is also a Clinical Professor at the UTHSCSA in the Emergency Department. 

Dr. De Lorenzo possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Bio Engineering from Syracuse University, a Master’s degree of Science in Clinical Investigations from the UTSA and a Master’s of Science in Management with a specialization in Healthcare Administration from the University of Maryland.  He received his Doctor of Medicine from Albany Medical College of the Union in Albany New York.
